The studio
Design shaped by context.
Vanam Studio is an architecture and interior design studio in Hyderabad working across architecture, interiors, landscape, MEP, structural design and project management.
The studio’s name, derived from the Sanskrit word for forest, reflects an approach to design as a living ecosystem: connected, adaptive and responsive to its surroundings. Climate, daylight, material, landscape, structure and building services are considered as related parts of the design process.
The work is intentionally project-led. Rather than applying one signature look, Vanam Studio develops a response around the site, brief, people, programme and technical requirements of each project.
Integrated practice
Architecture and interiors are not isolated decisions.
The studio brings related disciplines into conversation as a project develops.
Architecture establishes the larger spatial framework. Interiors refine how spaces are experienced. Landscape connects built form to the ground and outdoor use. MEP and structural coordination help the design work technically. Project management can connect design information, consultants and execution according to the agreed scope.

The aim is not more design. It is better connected design.
